This company from far away manages the property I signed the rental lease with. A few days before signing the lease I was shown, by the on site manager, Mr. Bert Hickson , quite a nice studio in great conditions: brand new carpet, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets, new plumbing fixtures, closets, AC unit, etc. A few days later I was given a smaller dumpster in a pretty bad state of decay.
