I recently opened an account with cash at TD Bank and they froze my account for 3 days without any explanation and no available money for personal use. I called repeatedly for 3 days and NO ONE was able to help me or release my hard earned money to me. Not only that, but no one in the company communicated with eachother, the customer service gave me the run-around. How could a bank function like this and put a hold on someone's account without any notification and leave an individual without money for 3 days.Finally day 4, I was able to get a hold of someone that could help me at Headquarters. Went to the nearest bank to take out money for gas and the young teller was extremely rude. Great way to market the horrible customer experience TD Bank!!!! That just topped it off for me. This is sad a Bank this large allows the branches and call center to operate with lack of compassion for the customer, after all it was my cash and my money. The only part that was easy was talking to the individual at Headquarters who finally helped me, too bad the rest of my experience was a nightmare.
