Working at KPMG opens a lot of doors if you decide to move on. Employees are generally very friendly, and even though it is a corporate culture, there is a lot of flexibility. And people are generally happy, easy to work with and fun. In fact, fun is a big buzzword at KPMG—leadership tries to incorporate fun into the workplace as much as possible. Regardless, workers are very professional, very nice, always there to help and truly abide by the firm values. They also are very open and honest and work together as a team. It helps that there are several initiatives and programs to ensure that I am advancing in my career and have everything I need to do my job. I am very proud to be working in this firm.

I have worked for KPMG in three different countries - a) Kuwait, b) Kazakhstan, and c) Oman. Total time that I have spent with KPMG in my career is about 8 years. KPMG as an organization has fantastic values, but its up to the individuals who inhabit the KPMG offices to actually follow those values. That said, I met some lovely colleagues at KPMG, with whom I share cherished memories. My advice to people who want to work with KPMG? Well, its a great place to work.

They think too much of themselves, but brand is not always the guarantee of the quality and it is what is happening to them. There were times when they were better, it is crisis that checked them and showed their inside nature. Actually I guess bad times are nice as they show what is what on the market.

I applied to KPMG through the website and received a reply in less than 24 hours. I found the process very quick and efficient and the organisation shown was far superior to the other members of the big 5. Needless to say that I accepted thier offer and started on September 10th - A definite thumbs up for innovation.
