Hello! They took my card number and social security number and lost it. So, after that, I even agreed to send them a money order for the amount and sent it to them certified mail return receipt..which support service girl said they didnt do. She swears that they do not accept payment by mail. Haha. So, I have proof where they signed for the money order. So now when I call back to get a receipt and a letter that the account is paid off, I get a message that says “all are busy". Ive tried calling them from several phones but no luck. I have turned them into the BBB and am writing a letter to my lawmakers letting them know that these people are making untrue statements and you cant get a hold of these people.
